Jimoh Ibrahim, a former Ondo governorship candidate under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has said former President, Goodluck Jonathan is a notorious armed robber with a doctorate degree.
It is alleged that the former administration sold the OPL 245 oil field worth $500bn for $1.3bn.
Jimoh via his twitter account used the popular slang gotten from Big brother naija winner, Efe to describe the former president.
