Odumodublvck urges Abuja residents to join the Walk Away Cancer 2026 campaign, raising funds to support patients who cannot afford treatment.

Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has called on residents of Abuja to participate in the 2026 Walk Away Cancer campaign, declaring that he has “beef with cancer”.

The rapper made the appeal in a video shared on his X account ahead of the event scheduled for Saturday, October 31, organised by the Medicaid Cancer Foundation.

“I have beef with cancer,” he said in the video, urging Abuja residents to turn out in support of the campaign.

In a statement accompanying the video, Odumodublvck said he would join the foundation for the 2026 edition of Walk Away Cancer, themed “One Walk, One Fight”.

He described the initiative as an opportunity to stand with people battling cancer, celebrate survivors and remember those who have lost their lives to the disease.

The rapper also highlighted the campaign's fundraising objective, explaining that donations would help patients who cannot afford cancer diagnosis, investigations and treatment.

According to the statement, participants will walk five kilometres before Odumodublvck takes the stage to perform for attendees.

He encouraged residents to register, purchase campaign T-shirts, donate and invite friends and family members to support the initiative.

“Because cancer is everybody’s fight,” he said, reiterating the campaign's message of collective action against the disease.

The Walk Away Cancer campaign is organised by the Medicaid Cancer Foundation to raise awareness and mobilise support for people affected by cancer.
