The Speaker house of representatives, Yakub Dogara has read a letter of apology written to the green chamber by Abudulmumin Jubrin.

This was following the 180 legislative days suspension being faced by the embattled lawmaker sequel to the resolution of the house of representatives.

Recall that hon.Abdulmumin Jubrin was suspended by the green chamber due to his allegation on 2016 budget padding, an act the lawmakers said it's a breach of their rights and privileges.

Meanwhile, the house has considered for second reading a bill for an act to establish the fisheries research institute of Nigeria, for fisheries research, education and cooperative training in Nigeria.

The bill which has been referred to the committee on Agricultural services was sponsored by hon. Abiante from rivers state.
