The Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, RSUTH, is taking a bold step towards improving healthcare delivery.

The teaching hospital has reaffirmed its commitment to patient-centered care with the launch of its new Service Excellence Unit aimed to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and users.

In a significant milestone, the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital management unveiled the Service Excellence Unit which underscores a renewed focus on the experience of patients and their families.

The Chief Medical Director of the RSUTH, Professor Chizindu Alikor, noted that the unit will serve as a dedicated platform to receive and address complaints, feedback, and concerns, as the state head of service also speaks on the initiative.

With the launch of this unit, residents of Rivers State can expect a more responsive and transparent healthcare system, built on a foundation of trust and quality service.
