Police personnel and other security operatives have been deployed to strategic places in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital in anticipation and readiness for the proposed #EndSARS protest.
In the light of this, the state police authority has warned members of the public, saying that any forms of protest would not be allowed as the command will deal with anybody arrested in connection with protest if found guilty.
Speaking on behalf of the command, the Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi appealed to parents to prevail on their wards as the command will not sit by and watch while the relative peace currently being enjoyed in the state is compromised
