Nigerian R and B ace, Darey Art Alade has responsed to wide spread rumours of his massive payment of $500,000 to Kim Kardashian for her appearance at his Valentine Day’s ‘Love like a movie’ concert.
When asked about the rumours, the former Cool FM presenter replied calmly, “It was all rumour, but I enjoyed them while it lasted.”
After the event, subsequent rumours of her alleged payment fee went viral, which sparked a storm of vitriol, criticism and opinionated views.
It would be recalled the American music sensation was invited and paid to co host the event. Kim lasted only 45 seconds at the venue of the much talked about valentine show. In a minute she was in Nigeria and the next minute she was tweeting in far away America.
While Darey refuses to disclose the amount he paid to Kim Kardashian, we can't but wonder how much his sponsors would have wasted for a 45 seconds cameo appearance.
Even Beyonce stayed longer
