The sector commander, Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) Anambra state sector command, Sunday Ajayi has further reiterated the need for motorists and other road users to obey the guidelines while plying Nigerian roads.
 
The sector commander made the call in Awka while fielding questions from Galaxy news crew in the wake of a road crash that occurred along the Awka - Enugu expressway on Wednesday. 
 
The accident which involved a private Mercedes Benz and a commercial shuttle bus left all their occupants with various degrees of injuries to the point that some became unconscious.
 
When Galaxy News got to the scene, the officials of the FRSC on ground decline granting an interview; they said the matter has been reported to their state quarters, and insist that every information needed must be gotten from there. 
 
When called upon the sector Commander in a phone interview reacted to the incident, he attributed the accident to the usage of one-way by motorists. 
 
Clear indication reveals that the private car was plying one-way and recklessly ran into the oncoming commercial bus already loaded with passengers. 
 
Ajayi said it is not just enough for individuals to know how to drive without knowing the techniques and safety tips of the high way. 
 
He tasks all concern to subject themselves to the tutelage of road usage ensure they keep to them,  these he believes will go a long way to cob the menace of incessant road crashes.
