Senate President Akpabio said he is convening an emergency closed session with the National Security Adviser, DG of the National Intelligence Agency, DG of the Department of State Services, and DG of the Defence Intelligence Agency to provide an immediate briefing on the allegations surrounding USAID's funding of Boko Haram in Nigeria.

SP Akpabio, emphasizing the need to hear directly from Nigerian security intelligence regarding the allegations of USAID funding for Boko Haram, rather than relying on social media.
