The Nigerian Police has paraded 93 suspected kidnappers terrorizing Abuja/Kaduna expressway.

Force Public Relations Officer, Deputy Commissioner of Police Frank Mba, while parading the suspects at the command headquarter in Katari, Kaduna state, Thursday said, their arrest was made possible by the operation puff Adder, an initiative by the Inspector General of Police launched in April this year.

DCP Mba said they recovered, 35 Ak47, 500 life ammunition, 12 locally made pistols and a rocket launcher from the suspects who were arrested from different locations.

Mba however assured of the police determination and commitment to end terrorism and insurgency in the country.

Commissioner of police in-charge of Kaduna state, Ali Janga assured Nigerians of a safer Abuja/Kaduna expressway as men and officers of the police are on ground to check activities of the criminals.

Vice President of the Myetti Allah movement, Hussein Bosso, also promised to provide adequate support to security agencies to curb criminal activities on the highway.
