The Ogun state government led by Governor Ibikunle Amosun has started plans to toll the 50 kilometers Sango-Ijoko road after completion.

Ogun state governor, Senator Ibikunle  Amosun says the about 50 kilometer Sango  Ijoko road project when completed will be tolled, hence residents of the state should be prepared because it is capital intensive.

Amosun made this known to newsmen during an on the spot assessment of infrastructural projects across Sango Ota, Ijoko, Alagbole axis of the state.

Speaking on the level of work done so far, Amosun says the only constraints is funds, stressing that about 20 billion had been spent so far. He says 8 bridges had been penciled down for construction and 5 had been completed.

The governor expresses optimism that micro and small scale businesses will spring up at the completion of the projects hereby calling on residents of the state to pay their taxes to where they live and not where they work.
