Nollywood actress Ekene Umenwa has received a car from her husband, Ifeanyi Ogbodo Alex, as the couple celebrate their third wedding anniversary.
The surprise gift, reportedly presented to the actress on Thursday, was shared in a post on X by the account @chukserice, attracting attention from social media users.
Details of the vehicle, including its make and model, were not immediately available.

Umenwa and Ogbodo Alex got married in 2023 and welcomed their first child in 2024. The actress also announced plans to relocate to the United Kingdom with her husband about two months after their wedding.
Their marriage attracted public attention after a video from their wedding reception showed Umenwa rushing towards gospel singer Moses Bliss, who was performing, before kneeling to embrace his legs.
The moment generated mixed reactions, with some Nollywood fans and colleagues criticising her conduct. Her husband subsequently responded to the controversy.
The actress had previously explained that the couple kept their relationship private because she valued her personal life.
“I kept my marriage under wraps because I value my privacy,” she said, adding that she would not have announced it if the wedding had not been imminent.
Umenwa also disclosed that business brought the couple together about five years before their wedding.
The anniversary gift comes as the actress marks another milestone in the marriage she had largely kept away from public attention before their wedding became a talking point on social media.
