Nigeria forward Ahmed Musa is confident the Super Eagles can make history and become the first African team to make the World Cup semi-finals in Brazil later this year.

Stephen Keshi's side have been drawn alongside two-time champions Argentina, Middle Eastern giants Iran and tournament newcomers Bosnia and Herzegovina in what is a very tough group

Musa, however, is admittedly confident about his side's chances and also believes they will beat Argentina in their final group game in Port Alegre on 25 June.

"My target is to help the Super Eagles to reach a height we and any other African team have not reached in the World Cup," the CSKA Moscow man told local Nigerian publication Punch.

"It is the least stage I am hoping we reach in Brazil. We will certainly take the games as they come.

"That will be a tough game (against Argentina) but it will bring the best out of us. I believe we will win the game."
