A group of All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders has petitioned the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) over alleged anti-party activities by a former Benue State chairman, Austin Agada, accusing him of openly opposing APC candidates and endorsing candidates of other political parties ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The APC Solidarity Group, in a petition dated October 2, 2026, asked the NWC to investigate Agada and impose appropriate sanctions if he is found guilty.

The petition, signed by the group’s National Organising Secretary, Sa’idu Muhammad, was addressed to the NWC through the office of the APC National Chairman.
