Authorities of the Oyo State Police Command have arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of two policemen at Iwo road area of Ibadan during the EndSARS protest.

The suspects, Kemi Adeyemo and Saheed Oyedepo according to the CP were arrested with body parts of the slain through intelligent information from members of the public.

Correspondent Kunle Ojo reports that Enwonwu stated that further discrete investigation later led to the arrest of two other suspects who are being investigated by the command.

In the same vein, the Commissioner of Police also paraded 18 suspects in connection with murder, arson and criminal looting of Ojoo, Iseyin and other Police Headquarters in the state during the Endears protest.

Some of the suspects while speaking with Journalists confessed to the crimes said, “We saw the severed heads of the policemen around Iwo road, and two of us picked it and we sold it to the herbalist at the cost of #1,000. We have nothing yo to with their death, we only met their heads on the floor. Please have mercy on us.”
