Imo Govt to sustain police partnership
As part of its effort to enhance the operations of police in the state the IMO state government said it will continue to build up on the already existing synergy between it and the Nigeria police force.
The chief of staff to Governor Rochas Okorocha, Inche Nwosu disclose this at the police headquarters in Owerri the state capital while addressing newsmen shortly after some operational vehicles put in place by the commissioner of police were commissioned and distributed to various departments in the force.
 
Inspecting the fifteen vehicles in order to ascertain their readiness for usage, the governorship aspirant, Uche Nwosu applauded the CP Chris Ezike and expressed optimism over the relationship that exists between the police command the government. He promised that more will be done to ensure that all citizens sleep with their two eyes closed. 
 
Briefly, after the commissioning, the CP did not hesitate to distribute the vehicles to the departments where they are most needed.
