Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state has reiterated his commitment in promoting education in the state.

The governor stated this at the official flag off of instructional materials of 2017 and 2018 of federal government and Universal Basic Education Commission, intervention fund.

The Governor who was represented by the state commissioner for education Folusho Daramola said the present administration in the state will do its best in making education great in the state.

In her speech, Chairman Ekiti state Universal Basic Education Board, Professor Francisca Aladejana commended the effort of the state governor for his commitment to the growth of education in Ekiti state demonstrated through the various attention given to the request of the Board in the area of Instructional materials to the public primary school in the state.

She urged teachers and students in the state to replicate the state's gesture by giving their best.
