ASUU declares indefinite strike
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has on Monday, August 14, announced an indefinite strike across Nigerian public universities.
Speaking on the decision the at a press conference in Abuja, the ASUU President, Biodun Ogunyemi, said the nationwide strike would be total and comprehensive.
According to Ogunyemi; “During the strike, there shall be no teaching, no examination and no attendance of statutory meetings of any kind in any of our branches,”
