APC sues for peace in Oyo state
The Congress committee of All Progressive Congress in Oyo state has appealed to all aggrieved of the party to refrain from taking laws into their hands but should approach the appeal committee for redress.
The chairman of the Committee, Alhaji Musa Aliyu while speaking on the outcome of the ward congress held across the state confirmed that the exercise was peaceful despite the initial hiccups.
Alhaji Aliyu who lauded the cooperation of all stakeholders including the security agencies urged party faithful to continue to exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship at all times.
The chairman of the party in the state, Chief Akin oke promised to unite all the aggrieved members of the party in order to ensure peace and unity.
Governor Abiola Ajimobi while speaking on the outcome of the ward congress expressed satisfaction and joy stressing that the party remains one and indivisible entity.
