Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna state has flagged-off the construction of new 18km road to link Gwantu, the headquarters of Sanga Local Government with Kafanchan, Jema’a Local Government Area headquarters of the state.

Flagging off the project, Governor Uba Sani said the new Sanga-Jema’a road, is one of the rural transformation projects of his administration aimed at revitalizing the rural economy and bridging the developmental gap between the rural and urban areas of the state.

The governor, while assuring that his administration will ensure even development of all parts of the state, said his administration is committed to fulfilling its promise on rural development through massive infrastructural upgrade.

The governor said the road project is just one in the series of investments to be made in rural infrastructure in the state which is strategic such that it links two local government areas of Sanga and Jema’a together.
