Anambra Prosecutes 8 Pastors For Violation Of State Security Law

Anambra State Government, on Friday, commenced prosecution of 8 pastors at a State High Court, sitting in Awka, on allegation of violation of the Homeland Security Law, 2025.

The Attorney General of the State and Commissioner for Justice, Tobechukwu Nweke, SAN, handles the prosecution.

The Pastors were identified to include Peter Chukwu, Chinedu Egwuonwu, Bishop Emeka Nwankpa, Ebele Nnachukwu, Ekeleme Chris Ugochukwu, Ndubisi Nnachukwu, Miracle Iruoma and Chukwukadibia Ogwuama.

The Anambra State Security agency, Agunechembawere, arrested pastors in Onitsha, Awka and other parts of the state.
