Queen Aisha Salau Audu has won the 2026 Little Miss Nigeria crown, taking home N1m and a one-year school scholarship at the pageant’s grand finale in Abuja.

Aisha emerged overall winner after competing against young girls from different parts of the country in contests testing confidence, intelligence, creativity, cultural knowledge and stage presence.

The organisers said the cash prize and scholarship were part of the rewards for the overall winner.

Ten-year-old Ambassador Virtuosa Ihechiziterem Ikemezuo-Chintuo emerged first runner-up and also won the Little Miss Nigeria Photogenic title. She received N300,000.

Pristine Somadina Chinedu was named second runner-up and crowned Little Miss Nigeria International, winning N200,000.

Victory Iniobong Nkankuk emerged Little Miss Nigeria Ambassador, while 10-year-old Oroh Orevaoghene from Delta State won the Little Miss Nigeria Culture and Tourism title.

Oroh was recognised for her presentation of Nigerian customs, culture and traditions during the competition’s cultural activities.

The organisers said the pageant was designed to go beyond conventional beauty contests by providing a platform for young girls to develop confidence, intelligence, leadership skills, cultural awareness and positive values.

They said the activities were structured to encourage the contestants to express themselves, appreciate Nigeria’s cultural diversity and develop discipline and communication skills.

Previous winners also sent goodwill messages to the new titleholders and encouraged them to embrace the responsibilities attached to their crowns.

The organisers thanked the contestants’ parents and guardians, judges, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders for supporting the 2026 edition.
