Chelsea are ready to offer Victor Moses to Southampton in a bid to land Adam Lallana. The Blues are one of many clubs showing an interest in the in-form England international, who has earned numerous plaudits this season with his fine displays in the Premier League.
Lallana has nine goals and six assists in total, and has also been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur after helping the Saints to a safe mid-table finish.
Chelsea are also hoping to strengthen their squad for next season after a slightly disappointing campaign, and Jose Mourinho will hope to use backup player Moses as a makeweight in any potential deal for Lallana.
Moses is currently on loan at Liverpool but seems unlikely to make a permanent move to Anfield after failing to impress during his time on Merseyside, and the player has been talked up as a possible target for Southampton in the past.
