"Of course, Heaven will stand. It is the everlasting abode of God. It is the Tinubu administration’s shaky political foundation that Keyamo should worry about," Ibe said.

Media Adviser Paul Ibe has slammed the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, for saying heaven will not fall if his principal, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, is not on the ballot in the coming 2027 presidential election.

"Of course, Heaven will stand. It is the everlasting abode of God. It is the Tinubu administration’s shaky political foundation that Keyamo should worry about," Ibe said.

He noted that when a ruling party treats the exclusion of a major challenger as inconsequential, it is asking Nigerians to accept that their choice is inconsequential too. According to him, that is how you erode public faith in democracy.

"If Keyamo is so confident in Tinubu’s record, why welcome the prospect of an election without Atiku? Let Tinubu defend his record before the same Nigerians who have had to live with it. Let Atiku make his case. Then let the people, who are already massed around Atiku Abubakar, decide," he said.

Ibe noted that on January 16, 2027, likeminds intend to turn the support Nigerians have shown Atiku into votes and those votes into a mandate. He stated that if Nigerians send President Bola Tinubu packing at the ballot box, it will be political hell for an APC that has grown accustomed to taking them for granted.

"My Igbo people have a saying that 'A gwa ntị okwu, ntị anụghị, e gburu isi, e gburu ya na ntị,' which translates to 'When you counsel the ear and it refuses to listen, it shares the fate of the head when it is lost.' Keyamo and the APC would do well to heed the warning. A party that refuses to listen to voters should be ready to hear from them on election day.

"Do not underestimate the resolve of Nigerians. We will defend our right to choose through every lawful means available, and we will make that choice with our votes.

"On the contrary, the administrators of hell would be too happy to accommodate Tinubu and apostles like you, Festus, in HELL where you truly belong!" Atiku's aide said.
