Dame Ezinne Mary Orduah Amaechi, mother of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, vice presidential candidate in the 2027 general elections, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, former Minister of Transportation, has died. She died at the age of 89 years.

According to Amaechi, "My Lovely Mother, Dame Ezinne Mary Orduah Amaechi, has gone to be with the Lord at 89."
