They explained that the INEC resident electoral commissioner lacks credibility to conduct free and fair elections in Oyo state calling on INEC to redeploy him without further delay.
They however expressed confidence in the INEC chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega to accede to their request.
In his reaction, the outgoing INEC resident electoral commissioner in Oyo state, Nasir Ayilara described the posting as a normal routine but the commission in preparation for the 2015 general elections.
He called on politicians and other stakeholders to rally round INEC in preparation for free, fair and credible elections.
