Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has felicitated with former Deputy Governor and Senator, Otunba Christopher Iyiola Ajani Omisore, on his 69th birthday.
Governor Adeleke said Otunba Omisore has made notable contributions to Osun's development through his professional career, public service, and political engagement.
He further celebrated the traditional stature of the Ile-Ife-born elder, who holds the titles of Apesin Oodua of the Source, High Chief Lisa of Osogbo, Basorun of Ijesa Land, and Otunba of Ipetumodu, among others.
“Today, I celebrate Otunba Omisore as a brother and a distinguished son of Osun. I wish him many more years of meaningful impact,” the Governor said.
“Through every stage of his remarkable journey, whether as an Engineer, Deputy Governor, Senator, traditional leader, or community builder, he has consistently demonstrated uncommon courage, wisdom, and an enduring commitment to the progress of our people.
"On behalf of the Government and the good people of Osun State, I congratulate Otunba Omisore on this joyous occasion and pray that Almighty God grants him fulfilment as he continues to inspire and serve humanity."
