The People's Democratic Party, Kano chapter is describing the judgment delivered by Justice Halima Shamaki on its Governorship election petition as very strange.

 They said the judge adjudicated on the matter that was never brought before her while neglecting the main reason for the petition.

 They said the obvious lack of justice from the tribunal is their reason for an appeal at the Kaduna Court of appeal.

While expressing confidence on getting justice at appeal the deputy governorship candidate of the party, Comrade Aminu Gwarzo said the judiciary need to tread carefully on matters of national interest because it has been adjudged as the last hope of the common man.
