The Commissioner of Police in charge of the election in Ekiti State, Abayomi Shogunle, has assured residents of the state of a hitch free governorship election on Saturday.

CP Shogunle, monitoring the distribution of sensitive materials for the Saturday governorship election, at the premises of the Central Bank in Ado-Ekiti, assured that adequate measures have been put in place to ensure a hitch free exercise come Saturday,.

Also, the Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC in the state, called on residents to come out on Saturday to vote for candidates of their choice.
