The Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, has adjourned to June 8 for accelerated hearing on a case, filed by Nafiu Gombe, challenging the leadership of the National Chairman and Secretary of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola, respectively.

Before fixing the date, justice Peter Lifu ordered lawyers representing both plaintiff and defendants to file and exchange all necessary processes within two days.

The case, filed by Gombe, the aggrieved former National Deputy Chairman of ADC, was earlier before Justice Emeka Nwite but was later reassigned to justice Lifu.
