The Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mojisola Lasbat Meranda, representing Apapa constituency 1, congratulated the Muslims in Apapa constituency 1, Lagos State, Nigeria and all over the world on the Islamic New Year.
According to the Deputy Speaker, "As we mark the beginning of the Islamic New Year, 1448AH, I extend my warmest greetings to all Muslim faithful in Apapa Constituency 1, Lagos State and beyond.
"May this sacred season inspire renewed faith, deeper devotion, and greater commitment to the values of peace, compassion, and service to humanity.
"May Almighty Allah (SWT) bless our homes, grant us good health, and guide our nation towards continued progress and prosperity.
"I pray that the year ahead brings abundant mercy, favour, and fulfillment to us all.
