Residents call for pedestrian bridge
The people of Anambra especially those living in Awka the state capital have decried the incessant knock-down of pedestrians by vehicles each time they try to cross the express way.
In recent times hardly will a week pass by in the state without one or two pedestrians knock down by vehicle.
The two incident that occurred recently involving a man at Aroma, opposite the state library and a woman at UNIZIK junction just within the space three days
The residents are disheartened by this occurence because it has been rampant is recent times.
They have severally cried for help from the government but no one seem to hear their cry.
