Edo State Police Command says it has captured four amongst the six inmates who allegedly murdered a Benin based lawyer and escaped during the End protest Jailbreaks from the Benin Maximum Correctional Facilities more than Ten Months after.
The fleeing inmates were said to have abducted and killed a lawyer, identified as Osiobase Omo-Iyoha on May 9, 2020, having whisked him away to an unknown destination, where his remains were later found buried in a shallow grave by the suspected Criminals.
Making the disclosure at the State Police Command, the Public Relations Officer, SP Kontongs Bello spoke on how they were rearrested.
The suspected criminals who are now in police custody also spoke on their involvement and how they were arrested
