Anambra state governor, Willie Obiano, has presented the 2020 estimated budget of N137.1billion to the state’s House of Assembly.
Presenting the budget christened: ‘Accelerating Infrastructural Development and Youth Empowerment,’ Governor Obiano said the budget was designed to sustain past performance and ensure that Anambra state continues to maintain its status as a hub for business and a destination for new investments.
Receiving the budget, the Speaker of the house said the early presentation of the budget will ensure better implementation.
He assured Anambrarians that the budget will be given diligent and speedy scrutiny to ensure that the people enjoy the full dividends of democracy.
