The Lagos State Police Command has uncovered a suspected indoor cannabis cultivation operation at a residential property in Apapa, arresting two suspects.
The raid reportedly led to the recovery of cannabis plants growing in black bags, bags of harvested cannabis and cultivation equipment, including grow lights.
The property manager reportedly told reporters that he only intended to help someone and had no plan to profit from the operation.
The police have yet to release further details about the suspects, possible charges or the quantity of cannabis recovered.
