INEC has declared Isa Haruna Ihamo of the All progressive Congress (APC) as the winner of the Zaria Kewaye Constituency House of Assembly by-election in Kaduna State.
APC: 26,613 votes.
SDP: 5,721 votes.
PDP: 5,331 votes.
