The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Waheed Shuabu, has emphasized the need for Nigerian Army personnel to remain resilient in their line of duty to achieve advanced creativity. General Shuabu, at a seminar themed: "Lessons Learned: Forging Operational Resilience from Experience to Excellence", in Ibadan, Oyo State, highlighted the importance of addressing emerging social menaces, which include insecurity, drug abuse, to improve the Army's operations ahead of these challenges. Shuabu, represented by Major General Chineidu Nnebeife, said the seminar would enable young officers to enhance their creativity and adaptability. Earlier, Major General Olusegun Abai, Chief of Army Staff, Transformation and Innovation, noted that the seminar aimed to advance the Army's operational resilience in a multi-agencies society and promote critical reflection. The seminar brought together young and experienced Army personnel, members of the NDLEA, and serving corps members, among others.
