The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has uncovered banned alcoholic beverages and suspected fake food products during an enforcement operation at Oke-Arin Market in Lagos State.
The agency said its Investigation and enforcement officers discovered sachet and PET-bottled alcoholic drinks below 200ml concealed in some shops.
The team also found unregistered and suspected counterfeit food products and alcoholic beverages during the operation.
