Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported from the federal detention centre at Fort Dix, New Jersey, to a nearby hospital after a sudden medical issue.The 56-year-old rapper, whose reputation has suffered recent setbacks, received treatment early Saturday morning for a head injury that was not life-threatening, according to TMZ.
Sources revealed that an ambulance arrived at the prison around 1 a.m. to pick up Combs.
He was reportedly alert and able to speak when he returned to the facility before sunrise Saturday.
The cause of his injury remains unknown.
