The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will attend to walk-in candidates at its offices and selected outstations nationwide on Wednesday as part of activities marking its Customer Service Week.
The exercise, scheduled for October 21, will run from 9am to 2pm, allowing candidates to make enquiries, seek guidance and raise concerns about the board’s services.
JAMB announced the arrangement in a statement posted on its official X account on Monday, urging candidates to take advantage of the opportunity to engage directly with its staff.
The examination body advised candidates to clearly explain their questions or concerns to enable its personnel to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
The board said the initiative reflected its commitment to listening to candidates, responding to their concerns and improving service delivery.
The exercise will take place at JAMB offices and selected outstations across the country.
