Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus turned a year older yesterday, September 7, while fans and followers went on to wish her a happy 40th birthday.

The big, bold and beautiful actress appreciated well wishes as she informed that people are wrong about her presumed age.

To clear the air about her age, Eniola informed Encomium Magazine that she is 34 and not 40 yet.

She said; "Yes, today is my birthday, and I am so happy and fulfilled about it. I give God the glory. I am 34 today. I thank God for all He has done in my life."

Speaking further on why the public thinks she's 34, Eniola said: "Who said I am not 34? If I claim that, don’t you know I still have elderly ones? What age do you want them to be? Please, I have not clocked 40, I am 34. I don’t know why people are getting it wrong."
