Enyeama’s problems with NFF keeping him out of Eagles

Super Eagles Manager, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that Vincent Enyeama would have been in his team if not for the former Enyimba captain’s problems with the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).

OSC Lille goalkeeper Enyeama quit the Super Eagles in 2015 after a row with former coach Sunday Oliseh. Rohr has since stated that the door is open for 34-year-old shot-stopper, who has over 100 caps for Nigeria, to return to the Super Eagles.

Rohr has long voiced his desires to see the shot stopper return to the team following his fine showing for Lille of France and the fitness issues of current first choice Carl Ikeme, but the German coach has so far failed in his bid to bring the fans’ favourite out of retirement from international football.
