Osun 2026: Adeleke Declares Friday Work-Free for Workers to Travel, Vote on Saturday

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has declared Friday a work-free day for workers in the state's civil and public service to enable them travel to their respective communities to vote in the Saturday governorship election.

The circular released on Wednesday by the Head of Service, Elder Ayanleye Aina, and distributed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Olawale Rasheed, explained: "this break gives workers ample time to travel to their voting areas and get ready for Saturday's governorship election."
