EFCC Secures Court Order For Final Forfeiture of N4.6b Jewelries, N4.3b Exotic Cars, Against Aisha

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has a judgement from the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court, sitting in Apo, Abuja, ordering final forfeiture of assets linked to businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu, to the Federal Government.

The presiding Judge of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court, Justice Jude Onwugbuzie, in a judgement on Thursday, ordered that jewellery worth N4.645 billion, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4.293 billion, $50,000 in cash and N30 million cash be forfeited to the FG.

Justice Onwugbuzie delivered judgment on an application filed before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, seeking the final forfeiture of the properties.
