Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has approved the appointment of new Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) and Special Assistants (SAs) as part of efforts to strengthen coordination across key areas of his administration.
The appointments, announced by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, on Sunday, cover areas including gender, religious affairs, women mobilisation, housing and primary healthcare.
Among the new Senior Special Assistants are Folashade Ogunoye, SSA on Gender; Aminu Saidi Tunde, SSA on Islamic Religious Affairs; Tunde Ogunsuyi, SSA on Christian Religious Affairs; Kemisola Obamoyegun, SSA on Housing; and Oluwatobi Aruwajoye, SSA on Primary Health.
Others are Mohammed Sikirat Idera, SSA on Muslim Women Affairs; Ehuwa Victoria Olufunke, SSA on Christian Women Affairs; and Fauzart Gidado, SSA on Women Mobilisation (Central).
Adeniyan said other Special Assistants had also been appointed, with their names contained in the official appointment list.
The governor also approved the appointment of Moshood Kewuyemi as Chief Imam of the Government House Mosque.
According to the statement, the appointments are aimed at strengthening the administration and improving coordination across various sectors.
The new appointments take immediate effect.
