A frontline human rights activist, Comrade Aisha Yesufu, a senatorial aspirant for 2027, confronted the leadership of her party, the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, in protest, advocating for transparency of the primary election process of the party.
She called out the National Secretary, Ikenna Morgan Enekweizu, to provide the requisite administrative service, and ensure information is ascertained before sending it to the public.
She cautioned the party leadership to follow a process that is transparent, noting that anyone that loses should be able to concede to the winner, and move on with the bigger project, which is the presidential candidate.
