Residents of Warri south local government area of Delta state have cautioned the state government against lifting the ban on commercial tricycle operators from 6 am to 10 pm as a result of insecurity.

This is coming after the state ministry of transportation promised to look into the ban in other to return nightlife to Warri where the business will thrive.

Some residents who spoke said it is not wise to lift the ban from 10 pm as people disguise as commercial tricycle operators to rob residents.

It will be recalled that the immediate past government of Emmanuel Uduaghan restricted the ban of commercial tricycles from 6 am to 10 pm as a result of incessant robbery attacks in Warri.
