Group Gives Kano Govt 12-Hr Ultimatum to Release Sanusi

Like minds for social development initiative and African youth for conflict resolution and prevention have given Kano state government and indeed the federal government a twelve hours ultimatum to give Sanusi back his freedom.

The group says Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II is second to non in the country and Nigerians will not seat and watch Kano state government ridicule him after he has contributed his quota to national development; they, therefore, call on the government to release him from detention.

Dr. Sulieman Shinkafi while addressing newsmen said they are calling on President Mohammadu Buhari to resign and hand over to his deputy because he has failed to pilot the affairs of the country properly.

Dr. Shinkafi also said if the government fails to comply with their demands after twelve hours they will embark on a peaceful demonstration across northern states starting from Kaduna.
