Delta Police Command Arrests Suspected Murder Suspects, Arsonists

Operatives of the Delta state police command have arrested a wanted suspected murderer Okwudili Obi and three of his accomplice three years after they allegedly murdered one Sunday Nwachukwu and Fidelis Amani at Asem-Uku community, in Ndokwa East local government area of Delta state.

In a statement made available to Galaxy news by the state police spokesperson Dafe Bright, the suspects who were said to have set many buildings ablaze before they murdered the victims, were arrested in a sting operation by the Delta state intelligence bureau SIB.

Other suspects arrested include suspected cultists and phone thieves who have been terrorizing the Delta communities of Orerokpe, Warri and environs.

Items recovered from the suspects include a cut to size gun, cutlasses and some of the stolen items which include phones, cables and other household items.

The suspects, according to the state police command will face prosecution after the completion of the investigation.
