The Katsina Police command has arrested a middle aged nurse identified as Ogugua Okoh in connection with the selling of a four- month-old baby for N200,000.

The nurse, who works with Federal Medical Center (FMC) was arrested when a fight ensued between her and her friend identified as Hauwau which led to police intervention.

Investigation revealed that the mother of the child, Aisha was told she had a still birth and the baby had been buried.

Okoh reportedly sold the baby to Mrs Ohuhu, a native of Uba-Kala town, Abia State who named the child ‘Victor’.

The state Police Commissioner said the case is under investigation when contacted.
