Lagos State may be revisiting monthly and quarterly rent payment in the state.
The state government is initiating a review of the existing annual rent payment system, to a reversed rent payment system which tenants will be paying on monthly or quarterly basis.
Meanwhile, it cannot eb ascertained if the state government will extend its intervention to outrageous rates charged by agents or landlord as existed in the Rent Edict of the Marwa administration.
